1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each kk99 account must be registered in the Player's own name and used exclusively by the registered Player.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) kk99 account. Opening multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during kk99 registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification is mandatory before processing the first PKR withdrawal from any account. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All kk99 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and processed in PKR. kk99 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kk99 username and password. kk99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must not allow any other person to access your kk99 account, regardless of whether they are a family member, friend, or trusted third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All kk99 bonus offers have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account. Expiry periods are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7. Gaming Rules

Each kk99 game category — including ODI Cricket betting, Ganesha Gold, Jackpot Slots, live dealer tables, and Cockfighting — operates according to its own specific game rules, which are available within each game or game category on the kk99 platform. These game rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all kk99 game categories. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, account status, or active promotion. kk99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome on kk99, kk99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's PKR account. All kk99 game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer processes, and kk99 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game.

7.3 Cricket Betting Rules

All ODI Cricket and HBL Pakistan Super League betting markets on kk99 are governed by the kk99 Sports Betting Rules, available on the relevant sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of match abandonment, result reversal, or any change to the official match outcome, kk99 will settle bets in accordance with its sports betting rules using the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kk99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on kk99
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the kk99 platform
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using the kk99 PKR banking infrastructure
• Attempting to reverse transactions that have been legitimately settled by kk99 (chargeback fraud)

9. Responsible Gaming

kk99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the kk99 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
